When your suitcase arrives, your Samsonite lock is preset to 0-0-0.

To reset your combination, follow the below steps,

  1. Lock the case by pulling the slider.
  2. Move the rest button to the "SET" position with a pen.
  3. Set your combination by turning the the dials to the desired combination (ex 123).
  4. Move the reset button from "SET" to the original position.
  5. Unlock the case by pulling the slider.
