When your suitcase arrives, your Samsonite lock is preset to 0-0-0. To unlock your suitcase, push top lock button on both locks at the same time for the zippers to release. 

To reset your combination, follow the below steps,

1. Locate the clasps on the back of the lock and switch it from "A" to "B" on both locks.
2. Set the dials to the desired combination (ex. 111).
3. Then return the reset button back to the original "A" position on both locks. 
4. Close suitcase and push the locks back down to secure your suitcase.

To test your new combination, 

1. Mix up the combination and try unlocking your suitcase by pushing those top buttons.
2. If locks do not pop up, that means your combination is now set. 
3. To unlock your suitcase, turn the dials back to your chosen combination (ex. 111) then push the top buttons on both locks to release. Once realized, push the locks upwards to open the suitcase.
