When your suitcase arrives, your Samsonite lock is preset to 0-0-0. To unlock your suitcase with our 3-point lock closing system, press the button next to or on top of the dial. Then move onto the top lock and switch it to the unlock setting. Finally move onto the bottom and switch that into the unlock setting.

To reset your combination, follow the below steps,

1. Locate the pin hole next to the dial and gently push the pin hole with a pen or pencil.
2. Set the dial to the desired combination (ex. 111).
3. Set lock by pressing the button until you hear a click.

To test your new combination,

1. Mix up the combination and try unlocking your suitcase.
2. Your new combination is now set. To unlock your suitcase, turn the dials back to your chosen combination (ex. 111) then push the button and unlock the top and bottom locks.
